I sometimes forget we have a hot tub on the roof.
Lunch meats are wack. You get 50 calories at most per slice and a few hundred milligrams of sodium. It's not cheap either. You're paying for a lot of sodium and it won't even fill you up that much. So you put two or three slices, and get your daily sodium intake in one sandwich. Mess. Honey ham has a little less sodium than smoked, and a little less taste. Turkey doesn't have much taste. Salami has the most sodium, and I'm not a fan of roast beef. Hopefully downing cups of water afterwards will dissolve enough of it.
